  • All our items are handmade, which means each piece may have slight variations in color, size, or design.

  • Product colors may appear differently due to lighting conditions or your screen settings.

  • If any product is unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and may offer an alternative or refund.

3. Custom Orders

We gladly accept custom orders. Please note:

  1. Custom orders require clear communication and approval of design, material, and timeline.

  2. A 50% advance deposit is required before work begins.

  3. Production times may vary based on design, complexity, and order volume. Estimated completion will be communicated in advance.

4. Payment

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), online payments, and self-pickup for Mirpur customers.

  • All payments must be made in full before delivery (except COD orders).

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 6–10 business days, depending on order volume and complexity.

  • Standard shipping charges: PKR 200 (within Pakistan).

  • Self-pickup option is available in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in the rare case of a defective or damaged item.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue.

7. Care Instructions

Each product comes with its own care instructions. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage, for which we are not responsible.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, images, and products are the intellectual property of Creative Fashion And Crochet.

  • No part of our website or products may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • By purchasing, you agree that product use and care are solely your responsibility.
