1. Processing Time
All orders are handmade and require processing before shipping.
Standard processing & dispatch time is 6–10 business days, depending on order volume and product complexity.
For custom orders, processing time may vary. We will communicate the estimated completion time before confirming the order.
2. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charge: PKR 200 within Pakistan.
Shipping costs for bulk/custom orders will be calculated and communicated separately.
3. Delivery Options
Nationwide Delivery: Available through trusted courier partners.
Self Pick-Up: Customers in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir can collect their orders directly from our location at:

4. Delivery Time
Delivery within Pakistan usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary based on courier service, location, and external factors (weather, strikes, etc.).
5. Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control.
In case of lost or misplaced parcels by the courier, we will assist in resolving the issue but cannot guarantee a refund until the courier confirms.
