At Creative Fashion And Crochet, we take pride in crafting handmade and custom products with love and care. Because of the unique nature of our items, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
2. Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items
We only consider returns or refunds in the rare case of:
An item arriving damaged
A product with a manufacturing defect
If this happens:
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
After review, we will guide you on the next steps (replacement or refund, if applicable).
3. Custom & Bulk Orders
All customized and bulk orders are non-refundable.
A 50% advance deposit is required for custom orders, which is non-refundable once production has started.
4. Care Instructions
Each product comes with its own care guidelines. Failure to follow these may result in product damage, for which we are not responsible and cannot issue any refund or exchange.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges (PKR 200 standard) are non-refundable.
If a refund or replacement is approved, the cost of return shipping (if required) will be the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our part.
